The Conference will convene individuals across the material management value chain to discuss approaches to diversifying staff. Sessions will focus on developing a lens of inclusivity in recruitment and hiring practices, clearing career pathways for underrepresented individuals, and creating retention strategies for an inclusive workplace. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in small group discussions, network, and interact with presenters and colleagues.
