From August 2020 to July 2021, the American Public Works Association (APWA) will host the premier PWX@Home featuring over a hundred original virtual education sessions, exhibits, and networking opportunities presented, by topic, to you. “I know the cancellation of PWX 2020 in New Orleans was a disappointment to all of our APWA members, staff,leadership and partners who work to make the event not only possible, but memorable and enjoyable for all who attend,” said APWA President William (Bill) Spearman III, P.E. “The Board of Directors recognized the importance of the educational offerings PWX provides to the attendees, and asked that an alternative to an in-person PWX be created. Our incredible staff embraced the strategic activity in our 2020 – 2023 Strategic Plan to create innovative educational offerings using a variety of delivery methods and techniques, and were able to create exceptional opportunities for ourexhibitors to still connect with attendees through PWX@Home.”
