Andy McNeill, President and CEO of Denali Water Solutions, announces the acquisition of certain assets of Harvest New England LLC and Harvest Mid-Atlantic LLC compost, mulch, and soil operations in Connecticut and Maryland, through its wholly-ownedd subsidiary, WeCare Denali, LLC.
“We are thrilled to expand our geographical footprint that will allow us to provide additional products and services to new and existing customers,” said Andy McNeill. “The acquisition of the assets of Harvest New England and Mid-Atlantic LLCs aligns with our goal to promote the circular economy with landfill alternatives and strengthens our company’s mission to make the world a better place by handling waste responsibly,” he added.
The facilities produce high-quality landscaping products (compost, mulch, topsoil, and custom blends) from recycled organic materials (leaves, wood, brush, and food waste). Harvest New England LLC facilities are in Ellington, Fairfield, Farmington, and Wallingford, Connecticut. Harvest Mid-Atlantic LLC facilities are in Woodbine and Lothian, Maryland. The acquisition reinforces WeCare Denali, LLC’s expertise in operating and managing compost facilities in the United States and strengthens its leadership position with its WeCare Compost® brands.
