Joe Martino has been in the waste industry since the early 1990s. He started by operating walk-in floor trailers hauling waste across upstate New York. Since then, he has bought and sold several related companies. Since 2007, Joe and his family have owned and operated Federal Roll-Off Services Inc DBA DumpStor of Northern Virginia, a dumpster rental company servicing the entire Northern Virginia market. Over the past 16 years, he has grown and transformed the business to be a leader in the dumpster rental industry that has differentiated dumpster products, marketing appeal, and a turnkey business model.
