The Federation of New York Solid Waste Associations announces a virtual Conference running October 15, 22, and 29, 2020. The Federation of New York Solid Waste Associations Conference with Trade Show meets annually in May at The Sagamore, Bolton Landing, NY. Due to COVID 19, the conference was regretfully canceled; however, the Association is pleased to offer this virtual event, featuring an engaging technical program taking place over three days as well as sponsorship opportunities. The virtual conference technical sessions will offer Professional Development Hours (PDH) and SWANA Continuing Education Units. Topics will include COVID 19 Waste Industry Responses, PFAS, Recycling Markets, Operational Odors, Extended Producer Responsibility and Power Generation.
The Registration Fee includes all six (6) sessions over three (3) days. Attendees will take advantage of the reduced rate of just $150.00 for Members (NYS Association for Reduction, Reuse and Recycling, NYS Association for Solid Waste Management and SWANA, NYS Chapter), and $250.00 for Non-Members. Registrations will be accepted through October 9, 2020.
Sponsors will not want to miss out on being recognized all three (3) days of this ‘virtual’ event. They will receive recognition with logo and hotlink throughout the event and the NY Federation website, a Tech Talk Opportunity at the end of a session to share brand information that can be practically applied, a complimentary registration, and a final registrant database in excel.
