Tanika brings 16 years of experience and a proven track record of success which will be invaluable to the team and company. Originally from NC, Tanika graduated from the University of NC at Greensboro with a degree in Psychology, earned a Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management in Atlanta, GA, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology-Leadership/Coaching Development at Walden University. Prior to accepting this position, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ackerman Security in Atlanta, GA.
