As an essential business supporting critical infrastructure, Hedstrom Environmental is committed to ensuring production of essential products so customers can continue to provide equipment to their customers and their communities. We are also preparing readiness for production of non-essential products. We are grateful for your continued partnership in this mission.

  • Business Readiness Team: We have a dedicated, cross-functional business readiness team that continues to plan for and address operational impacts due to COVID-19.
  • Inventory Levels:We continue to monitor inventory levels and are taking active steps to mitigate category impacts as needed. We prepared for direct impacts at all levels of severity since COVID-19 was first reported in China in order to mitigate service interruptions to our customers.
  • Dynamic Service:Our service team is set up to remain active in various scenarios so we can serve our customers. We thank you in advance for your help in allowing us to continue to provide uninterrupted service.
  • Health Guidance:Additionally, we will honor all guidelines and restrictions our customers and supplier partners have implemented to protect their employees. At Hedstrom Environmental we have enacted heightened cleaning protocols and other protective measures at our facility. We are the first in ASHLAND county to be an approved CDC facility. Our strong partnership, proactive preparedness and open communication will allow us to continue to provide for our customers during these unprecedented times.

We ask that you please reach out with any questions you have for us. Thank you, once again, for your partnership and please stay safe.

Respectfully,
Kris Kusmirek
