Meridian Waste Missouri, LLC, a subsidiary of Meridian Waste, an integrated, non-hazardous solid waste services company, is announcing the asset acquisition of all roll off trucks, containers, and contracts from Rapid Response, Inc. located in Wentzville, MO effective September 1st. The roll off assets and associated CDL drivers will be relocated to Meridian Waste’s existing hauling and transfer station operations located at 17900 Veteran’s Memorial Parkway in Foristell, Mo.

It’s a strategic win for Meridian Waste, the customers and Rapid response as that company will continue to focus on its continuing business of tractor trailer transportation and other delivery services.”
This asset purchase marks the 12thacquisition since the Company transitioned to private stock under the ownership of Warren Equity Partners (WEP) in April 2018.
