Trucks & Parts announced that it has named Mike Roberson as Senior Operations Manager for the company’s truck dealership locations. “This newly created position is part of our plan to maintain the trajectory of growth for Trucks & Parts, and is consistent with our commitment to excellence in the people who make up our team, the quality of trucks we produce, and the experience provided to our customers.” said Brion Maguire, President of Trucks & Parts.

The Senior Operations Manager will report directly to the president of Trucks & Parts and will oversee all aspects of the company’s preparation of new trucks and reconditioning of used trucks for sale nationwide. Of special focus will be the company’s Texas location, which has experienced rapid growth since opening in 2021. Roberson’s responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation and refinement of processes and best practices at the Texas facility, ensuring that all three locations operate with the same levels of efficiency and quality standards.

Maguire said, “Mike is a remarkably talented leader, whose organization, dedication, and empathetic management style made him the perfect choice to oversee operations of all Truck & Parts locations. In his five years with our company, Mike has been a pioneer in the implementation of technologies, systems, and processes, which have kept Trucks & Parts as the industry leader in innovation and efficiency, enabling us to maintain the highest levels of quality and customer service during repeated years of record-breaking growth.” Roberson has a long history of mechanical and management experience. Prior to joining Trucks & Parts, he served as Maintenance Manager for one of the Northeast’s largest private waste hauling companies, overseeing their vehicle maintenance operations for nearly a decade.

Scott Dols, CEO of Truck & Parts stated, “Mike is simply the very best at hiring and retaining top talent, as well as creating & implementing processes to manage the reconditioning of trucks to the highest levels of quality.” Dols continued, “Mike’s mastery of logistics and project management was perfectly demonstrated during a recent seamless move of our Pennsylvania facility as part of a significant expansion to a larger location.” He concluded, “With Mike at the helm of operations, we remain incredibly optimistic about our future, and are confident in our ability to carry on a tradition of excellence for which Trucks & Parts has been known for over 72 years.”
