Dumpsters of your choice! Your container can be any size, brand or color to fit your business—you make the decisions! We can work with any manufacturer or make recommendations based on your location and our experience. No manufacturer is too big or too small.
Through our lease program, you can keep monthly payments low while making a profit, all without tying up tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars on a line of credit. Leasing containers keeps your credit report clean of large loans allowing for other large purchases, such as new trucks, as you grow!
Our program is straight forward and simple. If your business is registered in one of the many states where we do business and you have General Liability and Commercial Automotive Liability Insurance limits of $1,000,000, you are approved! The PMB Commercial Services staff will perform due diligence on new customers but there is NO CREDIT CHECK. Our target customer is a small business with growth potential. We like to work with hard working people trying to find success as a business owner.
Our contract is a “True Lease”
Every payment you make can be up to 100% tax deductible for business expenses (always consult with your own CPA before making tax decisions for your business).
Flexible Options — choose to buy out the container, return the container, or continue leasing when your contract(s) reach the 3-year, 4-year and 5-year mark.
Make the swap! Customers typically choose the 3 year buy-out option, but you could also decide to swap out your containers for brand new versions every 3 years!
We offer a “Skip Payment Option” twice a year for slow business months. This can be used any month with request submitted prior to your due date. Skip Payments cannot be used back-to-back. Most of our customers reserve this option for December/January time frame.
