Dayton, Ohio based Ritz Safety LLC announces the acquisition of Slate Rock Safety, LLC in Medina, Ohio, effective June 1, 2016. Slate Rock Safety occupies a unique role in the safety market, as an industry-leading ecommerce retailer and distributor of flame resistant work apparel and other personal protective equipment, serving local customers in the Cleveland area and a wide variety of national accounts across the country. This marks the third strategic acquisition in the past year for Ritz Safety, after acquiring Mobile, Alabama based Safety Source Inc. in July of 2015 and Portland, Oregon based Public Works Supply Inc. on May 1, 2016.
