Rush Street Capital today announced it has named John Waller as a Partner. Waller will oversee the firm’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services and lead coverage of its Diversified Industrial sector. Waller, the Founder of Plaisance Advisors, is a specialist in representing lower middle market companies in buy- and sell-side transactions. He brings deep industry knowledge, extensive national and global M&A expertise, and significant relationships to Rush Street Capital’s operations.

Waller’s career accomplishments include corporate divestitures and private company sales on behalf of corporations, privately held companies, and private equity firms in multiple industries throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. He possesses extensive experience advising companies on acquisition search programs and has completed multiple transactions for underperforming companies, including corporate restructurings using the bankruptcy code.
