Thompson Fabricating Inc was recently honored for 25 years in business at the Annual Meeting of Penn-Northwest Development Corporation, the economic development agency for Mercer County, Pennsylvania. It was Jeff and Marcia Thompson’s personal background and experience that lead them towards fulfilling their dream of owning their own business and opening the doors of Thompson Fabricating in 1993. Over these 25 years, it has been their dedication to manufacturing high quality containers, their unique design features, and their commitment to providing excellent customer service that has gained them many loyal customers. With the celebration of this anniversary, the Thompson’s are also starting to mentor the next generation to take on leadership roles within the company. Their daughter Amanda and her husband Ryan have moved to Pennsylvania from Colorado to begin learning the day-to-day operations of the company and to help take the business forward in the years to come.
