Toter®, a Wastequip® brand, a leading manufacturer of products used in the collection of waste, recycling, and organics, has added two new highly tenured executives to its sales team.  Tim Veasman has joined as the Professional Products channel’s national sales manager, and Mike Natelborg will serve as Toter’s eastern division sales director for the Residential channel.

With expertise in commercial, industrial, and jan/san industries like Scott’s Miracle Grow, Rubbermaid Commercial Products and IRWIN Tools, Veasman will lead the charge on expanding Toter’s relationships and business with customers outside its core waste management space in the Professional Products channel. This channel includes commercial, construction, hardware, industrial, jan/san and healthcare industries. Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed manufacturers’ reps and called on customers such as Fastenal, Grainger, Ferguson, MSC and many independent wholesale distributors to increase sales, penetrate new markets, grow customer base and improve profitability. A skilled sales strategist with a keen understanding of business-to-business and channel marketing, Veasman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Missouri State University.

As eastern division sales director, Natelborg will be responsible for developing the strategy for and enhancing the performance of the eastern Residential channel sales team, which covers 35 states. He will lead a four-person team of regional sales managers and collaborate with the operations, product development, marketing and finance groups to better meet the needs of customers and prospects.  Natelborg comes to Toter after nine years at Rehrig Pacific, where he most recently served as a regional sales manager.  He will apply his deep knowledge of the waste industry sector to improve Toter’s sales process, develop the talent base and pursue market opportunities in a more comprehensive way. Natelborg will drive sales strategy both locally and through key market segments, including municipal, hauler and national accounts. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Calvin University and a Master of Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

“With these two hires, Toter has significantly increased its bench strength and expertise in key markets,” said Derrick Masimer, Toter’s vice president of sales. Tim’s strong knowledge of the professional products market and track record of successful direct and distributed sales will allow us to focus on this core market to grow sales beyond our traditional waste industry customers, while Mike’s deep waste industry expertise and business acumen will enhance Toter’s market penetration and share of market.  We are very happy to welcome them both to our organization and to introduce them to customers and prospects who will benefit from their experience and perspective.”
