WCA Waste Corporation announces the acquisition of Outreach Disposal in West Columbia, Texas and D&D Sanitation in Cadiz, Kentucky. On March 1, 2019, WCA acquired D & D Sanitation and Outreach Disposal. D & D Sanitation provides residential and commercial services to the residents and businesses of approximately 2,600 customers in the Cadiz and Princeton, Kentucky market. Outreach Disposal provides service to residents of West Columbia, Texas.
These acquisitions mark WCA’s strategic efforts to expand its footprint in markets where it has an established infrastructure. “We are excited about expanding our operations in these areas as we can continue to provide a great customer experience while offering more service options to these communities,” said Matt Spencer, COO of WCA.
