Polk County Florida is soliciting proposals for the purpose of curbside residential collection services on behalf of Polk County Government. A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held Thursday, June 2, 2016, 9:00 a.m. in the Waste and Recycling Division conference room, located at 10 Environmental Loop Road, Winter Haven, FL 33830. Any Proposer that does not attend this meeting will be considered non-responsive if a Proposal is submitted.
