The Northeast Recycling Council (NERC) is delighted to welcome Frank Hoffman of Windsor, VT as its first Director of Advisory Member Services & Development. With more than 120 applications from around the nation, Frank stood out as an ideal fit to expand NERC’s Advisory Membership base, as well as to support Members and NERC becoming more directly engaged with each other. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from West Virginia University.
