The acquisitions of BioTran Inc., of Largo, FL, and Bio-Man LLC of Naples, FL mark the latest step in the aggressive strategy to increase service route density, by providing more resources within key geographic markets. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
The moves enable ProMed Waste Solutions to better and more efficiently leverage important customer and sales synergies. Acquiring strong local expertise also further strengthens the company’s goal of continuing to lead the way in compliance and safety, while providing customers in Florida with a local, qualified provider to meet their growing needs.
