Penn Waste, South Central Pennsylvania’s premier choice for residential and commercial waste disposal and recycling services, recently teamed with Rutter’s Farm Stores to celebrate Earth Day. Rutter’s donated space for in-store and gas pump signage, and gave away specially designed tote bags to customers at six area stores. As part of the celebration, Penn Waste unveiled a 15-foot-high inflatable kitty litter bucket — part of a disruptive marketing campaign designed to promote recycling among residential and business customers. Passersby were encouraged to snap a photo with the inflatable and share it on social media using the #RecycleMorePA hashtag.
