Red River Waste Solutions (“RRWS”), would like to announce the asset purchase of Planet Green Sanitation LLC located in Rockvale, Tennessee effective April 30th. Planet Green Sanitation has been providing residential waste and recycling collection services in Williamson and Rutherford Counties since 2009.
This transaction is a tuck-in acquisition to Red River’s existing service area in Nashville. Red River has provided and has been expanding its residential waste recycling collection services in the Metropolitan area in and around Nashville since 2004.
Red River is Davidson County’s largest residential waste collection company and in the last 18 months, the company has experienced tremendous growth in organic and municipal business around the Music City area. Our company has long term plans to continue its expansion into Williamson and Rutherford Counties to support the rapid growth of the area.
