Waste Pro Founder and Executive Board Chairman John Jennings surprised nine employees on June 2nd with breakfast, a plaque, and a $10,000 bonus thanking them for their 20 years of service. The event coincides with the 20-year anniversary of Waste Pro, which Jennings founded in Central Florida in 2001.

Among the employees honored during the celebration were Welder Charles “Larry” Harned, Commercial Route Supervisor Ted Oglesby, Roll-Off Driver William Green, Site Development Coordinator Kevin Wells, Construction Manager Neil Wood, Lake City Division Manager Frank Kramer, Lake City Office Manager Vanessa Kramer, Director, Payroll & HRIS Judi Craigo, and Equipment Repair Specialist Edwin Hernandez.

During the presentation, Jennings shared stories of each recipient, all of whom he has developed close working relationships over the past two decades. “We started out with a dream and I think the dream came true,” Jennings said during the award presentation. “I always wanted this company to be the difference in this industry.
