Baird, an employee-owned, international financial services firm, announces that Brad Page has joined the firm’s Global Investment Banking business as a Managing Director on its Global Technology & Services team. Page focuses on environmental and facility services, complementing Baird’s existing Facilities, Industrial, Rental, and Environmental Services (“FIRE”) sector coverage, while also expanding the team’s existing areas of expertise. He is based in Baird’s Chicago office.

Page joins Baird from William Blair, where he was previously a Partner and a Managing Director and established and led the firm’s Environmental Services Investment Banking practice. During his nine years at William Blair, Page partnered with public and private companies across M&A and debt and equity capital markets to complete over 35 transactions. Representative past assignments include the sale of StormTrap to Warren Equity Partners, the sale of BluSky Restoration to Dominus Capital, the sale of GeoStabilization to KKR, the sale of Lakeshore Recycling to Goldman Sachs, the acquisition of Winters Bros of CT on behalf of IMPERO Waste Services, the sale of Wind River Environmental to Gryphon Investors, the acquisition of Airgas-Refrigerants, Inc. on behalf of Hudson Technologies, and the sale of ENTACT to PPC.

Page is a member of the President’s Council of the John G. Shedd Aquarium, the MBA Alumni Advisory Council at Georgetown University, and a board member of the Ethan M. Lindberg Foundation. Earlier in his career, Page worked in the investment banking businesses of JP Morgan. He earned an MBA from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Denison University.
