The Company is a leader in professional transportation and logistics services, providing waste transfer station management and long-haul transportation, collection and loading of waste and other materials. The acquisition of Attaway expands Bulk’s geographic footprint throughout the Southeastern U.S., while simultaneously diversifying Bulk’s customer base and adding complimentary services and end markets. The acquisition establishes the Company as one of the leading environmental, waste services and industrial transportation providers in the region, with over 30 years of experience providing best-in-class services to its customers across several end markets including integrated waste services companies, environmental services companies, recyclers, manufacturing companies and municipalities.
Headquartered in Gordon, GA, Attaway provides exceptional customer service across Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee, providing numerous waste and industrial services to clients including transfer station management, disposal hauling and liquid bulk hauling. Established in 2012, Attaway has grown rapidly in recent years to become a leading player in the region, supporting customers across a variety of waste and industrial end markets. On a combined basis, Bulk’s acquisition of Attaway further expands Bulk’s operational footprint and service offering, allowing the Company to support its diverse customer base across a broad service area.
