CARDS River Valley, Inc. (CARDS) today announced the purchase of Jay’s Trash Service, LLC. Based in Boonville, AR. Jay’s Trash Service, LLC is a local waste company that hauls residential, commercial, and industrial waste streams for customers in the Logan and Sebastian County areas. “We look forward to providing excellent service to our newest customers in the River Valley” said Dan Christensen, founder, and president of CARDS. This acquisition increases the number of customers served out of our River Valley location and solidifies CARDS as the largest waste service provider in the greater Fort Smith, AR market.
CARDS will acquire all Jay’s Trash Service, LLC assets, employees, and contracts, which will operate under the CARDS brand. This is the 12th acquisition for CARDS in the past 4 years and 3rd acquisition already in 2022. Other acquisitions have included 4D, Best Trash, R&S, The Trashmann, Altes Sanitation, HTS, and Bernice Sanitation. The acquisition closed on February 28th, 2022. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
