Casella Waste Systems, Inc., a regional vertically integrated solid waste, recycling and resource management services company, announced that it has acquired the assets of Northstar Pulp & Paper Co., Inc., Northstar Disposal Corp., and certain real estate holdings on March 1, 2022. Northstar is a leading resource management company located in Springfield, Massachusetts focused on recycling processing, brokerage services, and collection across the northeast for industrial, institutional, and commercial customers. The Company expects to generate approximately $26 million of annualized revenues from the Northstar acquisition.
