Clean Earth, Inc. announces the acquisition of privately owned Disposal and Recycling Technologies, Inc. (DART). This new acquisition expands Clean Earth’s geographical reach in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic hazardous and non-hazardous waste market and marks Clean Earth’s first Waste Water Treatment facility.
Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, DART uses advanced technologies to provide a wide range of hazardous and non-hazardous waste treatment and disposal services and product destruction and reclamation services. In addition, DART also performs extensive environmental field services including but not limited to on-site wastewater treatment and remediation services.
