FCC has completed its first US acquisition with the recent purchase of Premier Waste Services, LLC. Premier is a commercial solid waste provider covering the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area for more than 20 years. The company is servicing over 4,000 contracts with a fleet of more than 50 vehicles. The company’s history, paired with their strong workforce and customer focus made this a great fit to expand the company’s footprint in Texas.

FCC continues its steady growth in the US, where it already has more than 600 vehicles, 1,000 employees and a backlog of more than $3 billion.
