Keep Greenville County Beautiful is led by a board of fifteen involved citizens from various work backgrounds, interests, and skills who value the environment and protecting Greenville County’s natural resources. KGCB announces the names of three new board officers:

Chair– Brandon T Hunter, is the Associate of Public Affairs at Greater Greenville Sanitation.  He works directly with communities and schools throughout Greenville County to minimize waste. Brandon volunteers with many different nonprofits throughout the upstate offering graphic design and marketing counsel. KGBC is important to Brandon because it focuses the attention on the importance of waste reduction, litter prevention, and beautification throughout Greenville County.

Vice Chair– Kate Mendez, works at the United Way of Greenville County as the Grant Accounting and Compliance Manager.  She also convenes the Upstate Human Trafficking Coalition, United Way Strategic Priorities, and volunteers with Greer Relief.  She is a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 43, Women’s Leadership Institute at Furman University, and Greenville Business Magazine’s Best and Brightest Under 35. She believes in the importance of keeping Greenville a clean, environmentally conscious, and a great place to live for all those in our community.

Secretary– Charlotte Blue, is an Interior Designer and Studio Leader at LS3P architectural. Charlotte recently relocated to the Greenville County area from Atlanta and brings a passion for multigenerational design. Charlotte hopes to sustain the natural beauty of the Upstate for Generations to come. As Greenville County continues to grow, she hopes to assist with maintaining the natural appeal that drew her out of Atlanta and into the Upstate.
