Lisk earned his Certified Transportation Professional® (CTP) credential from NPTC in 2013. “NPTC represents a cross-section of American manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and public service organizations ranging in size from family-owned small businesses and town utility fleets, to Fortune 500 global conglomerates,” said Gary Petty, President and CEO, National Private Truck Council. “We are honored to have someone like Del serve on the Board of Governors and we look forward to the insights he will provide with his impressive background and expertise in driver training and safety.”

The NPTC’s Board of Governors oversees the education, driver training, and certification services of NPTC, including policy advisement and financial fundraising. Driver training and certification is offered through the NPTC’s educational subsidiary, the NPTC Institute, which is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) educational and charitable corporation.
