The Mattress Recycling Council has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for mattress recycling services in Connecticut. MRC is seeking one or more providers for an initial three-year contract to recycle mattresses collected in Connecticut. MRC has operated the mattress recycling program in Connecticut since 2015.
The RFP sets an Aug. 26 deadline to submit any questions concerning the request. Any interested parties are required to submit their proposals by Sept. 23.
