CW Machine Worx, Ltd, announces the appointment of Newport Environmental Technologies as its newest Master Distributor of its dust suppression product offering. The Newport group, led by Bernard Whitley and Larry Wyluda, have established a number of sales territories for their team to serve as well as appointed a few sub dealers in the California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona territories. The group will focus primarily on the dust suppression market segment while stocking CW Machine Worx multi-patented HAWC (High-pressure Air Water Cannon) 300-80-D and 250-65-D dust suppression models. But the HAWC is much more versatile than just dust suppression. It can assist in evaporation of large amounts of water, material retention, odor control, fire suppression, alternative daily cover, irrigation and other market areas.
The HAWC product is the only multi-patented self-contained diesel product in the dust suppression market. The units are powered by a Yanmar Tier 3 – 80HP diesel (HAWC 300-80-D model) while the smaller of the two is powered by a Cummins Tier4 – 65HP diesel (HAWC250-65-D). The units are known for their durability as well as their capabilities. With a small micron water droplet launching from the 37,500 and 30,000 CFM fans respectively, the HAWC has the capability to suppress large fugitive dust areas as well as handle dust plumes within a 300 ft. area. Its 330-360 degree rotation and 35 degree elevation allow the 40-140 GPM water flow to encompass the largest area in the marketplace. With the portability of the HAWC on trailers it can be transported on almost any site to cover most immediate needs, but with the flexibility of the rotation it can be easily adjusted to combat any wind direction change. The efficient 1000 ft. line of site remote control makes it easy for some equipment operators to control the unit without leaving their cab.
