The Product Stewardship Society announces Heather Henriksen and Kathy Varol as the opening and closing keynote speakers for PSX 2023, the society’s annual conference. The event will take place in Boston, Massachusetts, from October 17 to 19, 2023. Heather Henriksen, MPA, is the managing director of the Office for Sustainability at Harvard University and has advised the institution’s senior leadership on sustainability strategy for more than a decade. She will deliver the opening keynote on October 17. Henriksen will share her insights and expertise and offer guidance on how product stewards can effectively address climate, health, and equity concerns within their supply chains.

Kathy Varol, MBA, is an expert consultant in purpose strategy, corporate social responsibility, and environmental and social governance (ESG) with an extensive background in brand marketing and strategy and a passion for embedding purpose in organizations. In her October 19 closing keynote, she will illustrate how companies can become industry leaders in ESG and position themselves as pioneers in their fields.
