RDO Vermeer, part of the RDO Equipment Co. network of heavy equipment dealerships, was honored with ten awards at Vermeer’s annual Dealer Year End Meeting. Highlighting the awards, the group was named #1 in the world for Recycling and Forestry for the second year in a row, and #1 in the world for Utility.

In addition to the team awards, five individuals received honors. Each year, Vermeer recognizes its top 10 salesmen across the global dealer network. Dave Steege, Account Manager at RDO Vermeer in Hayward, was named #4 in the world, while Pat Arnold, Sales Professional at RDO Vermeer in Burnsville, was honored as #1 in the world. Each were also recognized for their performance in individual categories; Steege was named Recycling and Forestry Product Champion, while Arnold received Utility Product Champion and #3 in the Trenchless Sales Champion category.

Additional sales recognition awards went to Robert Barker, Account Manager at RDO Vermeer in Rancho Dominguez, and Andrew Kadem and Steve Wren, both Account Managers at RDO Vermeer in Riverside. Wren was named Tree Care Product Champion, achieving #1 in both sales and volume. Barker was named #2 in the Rental and Landscape Product Champion category, and Kadem was awarded #3 in the Recycling and Forestry Product Champion category.

Marshall Anderson, Executive Vice President of RDO Vermeer, acknowledged the contributions of the entire team, saying, “These awards reflect the hard work all of our team members put in every day. Every one of them, in every position and location, contributes to our success, and it’s rewarding to see it recognized by Vermeer.”

All awards were presented at the Dealer Year End Meeting in Fort Lauderdale, FL. At this annual event, Vermeer discusses the year ahead, including product plans and general info for all dealers.
