(RTS), a leader in the waste and recycling management industry, announced that it’s parent company, RTS Holding, Inc., has acquired Elytus Ltd., a waste services management company that serves 12,000+ locations across all 50 States, Canada, and Puerto Rico through a cloud-based software platform.

RTS brings proprietary technology and a deep commitment to transparency and sustainability to  thousands of clients across the country, including hundreds of restaurants and hotels, and large office buildings, professional sports stadiums, universities, and municipalities. This partnership will expand RTS’s reach to all fifty states as it continues to disrupt the waste management industry

This is RTS’s fourth acquisition since launching in 2015. Recently, the company acquired Ambrosia, a Newark-based facility that repurposes food scraps into natural home cleaning solutions, and secured $35 million in Series C Funding from an investor group led by Citigroup’s Impact Fund for sustainable investment.
