PRODUCTION
With an assembly line style production, our shop employs the latest industrial design and fabrication processes for greater precision and efficiency so that every job is done right. Our team of certified welders is committed to fabricating the highest quality containers in the industry.
PREP & PRIME
We take time to clean up each container prior to entering the paint booth. This ensures that the steel is cleared of any rough edges or debris in order to hold a smooth finish. Each container is then primed with solvent-based primer to prevent premature rust and corrosion.
PAINT
Paint is more than just a nice finish. It is the container’s first line of defense against damage and rust. To increase longevity of containers, we’ve implemented a standard coating practice on all our products with industrial grade, solvent-based paints. We ensure no paint goes to waste using a zero-waste system that allows us to use every drop of paint in the barrel. Any leftover paint in the lines and barrels is combined and used for undercoating the containers for an additional coat of defense.
