Recent Teys Valley High School graduate Kennedy Riddle is the 2023 Rumpke Waste & Recycling Scholarship for Pickaway County winner. This scholarship awards $1,000.00 to a graduate from Pickaway County pursuing a two or four-year degree at an accredited institution, including vocational/trade schools.
