As a landfill maintenance specialist, Sarah actively contributes to the maintenance of support equipment, operating water trucks for dust control, the cleaning of roadways, helping with truck tipper operations and effectively organizing and overseeing a team of up to 20 staff and temporary laborers. Her ability to effectively coordinate and delegate tasks ensures smooth and efficient operations and her willingness to engage in various tasks showcases her versatility and dedication to the job.
