SWANA is seeking an individual or consultant to serve as the contract project manager in the development of a new Construction & Demolition (C&D) Recycling Certification course and exam. The new course will provide a source of professional development for mid-level professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge and credentials. It will focus on maximizing recycling opportunities for C&D material and reducing the disposal of solid waste by examining the best and most current principles and practices in C&D recycling.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference call will be held on May 1, 2015, at 2 p.m. (EDT) to describe the project and respond to any questions of individuals interested in submitting a proposal.
