(“Tealinc”), a railcar operating lessor, rail transportation manager, rail transportation consultant, and railcar broker, is excited to announce that Kristen Kempson has been hired as Administrative, Marketing & Sales Support and Heather Little has been retained as an independent contractor to Tealinc as New Business Development – Canada. Ms. Kempson will work out of Tealinc – Chicago, IL office while Ms. Little will work out of her Burnaby, BC office.

In her new role at Tealinc, Ms. Kempson will be responsible to grow Tealinc expansive marketing database and assist in providing assistance to U.S. based customers while Ms. Little will assist Tealinc in further developing Tealinc’s market presence and customer base in Canada.

Kristen joins Tealinc with thirteen previous years in the railroad industry as a railcar fleet maintenance manager. Kristen has experience in AAR billing, the shopping of damaged and defective railcars and experience with various railcar repair shops in North America. Kristen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, IL.

Heather Little (HM Little Rail Consulting) joins Tealinc as a consultant after recently retiring from CN Rail. Heather has a combined 38 years of railroad experience with CN and BC Rail. Heather spent 22 years in Finance before transferring to Transportation and taking responsibility for BC Rail’s railcar fleet and car hire management. When CN acquired BC Rail in 2004, Heather took on the freight car leasing and car hire responsibility for the Class 1 where she closely collaborated with CN’s Car Management, Mechanical, Finance and Commercial teams and networked with a wide range of industry rail equipment professionals to ensure the right mix of equipment to best serve CN’s customer base.  Heather also represented CN on the AAR’s Equipment Asset Committee.
