Waste Pro welcome Troy Hibbs to the role of Division Manager of its Asheville, North Carolina Division. Troy brings over two decades of management experience, and for the last ten years, he worked in the solid waste industry for two of the largest companies in the Midwest. He is an accomplished and motivating leader dealing with operations, project and team management, and strategic collaboration that has led to consistent growth. Most recently, Troy was an Operations Manager in Indiana for a national waste hauler, where his responsibilities included logistics, managing budgets, and focusing on safety practices.
As Division Manager, Troy will oversee 75 employees operating 50 collection vehicles that serve approximately 44,000 customers in Buncombe County, Laurel Park, Biltmore Lake, and Black Mountain. “Troy knows the industry and has a passion for safety and service. His strong work ethic and can-do attitude will be a great addition to the Waste Pro family. We look forward to continued growth under his leadership,” said Regional Vice President Chip Gingles.
