Cambridge Companies, waste facility design-build experts based in Griffith, IN, has hired Marcy Seligman-Waite as a Design Project Manager.  Cambridge Companies’ has over 30 years’ experience building waste facilities across the United States.  Marcy’s experience as a project manager for the last 13 years, in the corporate real estate industry, brings a unique perspective to Cambridge.  She has led teams in real estate, facilities, construction, design, architecture, technology, furniture/fixtures, and moves.

Marcy began working for Cambridge in March 2016. She graduated Cornell University with a BS in Interior Design from the Design and Environmental Analysis department.  Her past responsibilities have included simultaneously overseeing multiple multi-million dollar projects for on-time, on budget completion while forecasting obstacles and implementing new corporate standards. Prior to this she spent over 10 years in the interior design industry gathering and implementing corporate and client requirements, developing and presenting design strategies, producing and coordinating construction documents, overseeing construction, and managing project teams

As the Design Project Manager at Cambridge, Marcy is responsible for managing the design process.  This includes internal and external design team communications, coordination between the design and construction teams, schedule management budget management, and drawing review direction. Additionally, Marcy is working with the Cambridge team to refine processes and documentation standards to ensure best in class customer service.
