CARDS NEO, LLC (CARDS) announces the purchase of HTS, LLC. Based in Pineville, MO, HTS, LLC is a local waste company that hauls residential and commercial waste streams for customers in the McDonald County area. The company’s operating footprint includes the southern Missouri areas of McDonald County, Pineville, Goodman, Anderson and Lanagan, MO. “We look forward to picking up where HTS, LLC left off” said Dan Christensen, founder, and president of CARDS. “The waste disposal services provided by HTS, LLC integrates perfectly within our current operating footprint and we are proud to bring the HTS, LLC customers and employees into the CARDS family.”
CARDS will acquire all HTS, LLC assets, employees, and contracts, which will operate under the CARDS brand. This acquisition adds over 2,500 new customers to CARDS’ expanding footprint, according to Christensen. This is the eleventh acquisition for CARDS in the past 4 years. Other acquisitions have included 4D, Best Trash, R&S, The Trashman, Altes Sanitation, and Bernice Sanitation. The acquisition closed on January 31st, 2022. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
