It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William Noble Carl, Jr. Mr. Carl founded Gainsborough Waste and Texas Outhouse together with his sons, William Noble Carl III and Paul Carl. He was an exceptional man who influenced the Houston business community through real estate and development for more than 60 years. His greatest professional joy was working with William and Paul to create the company.
