Meridian Waste Augusta, LLC, a subsidiary of Meridian Waste, an integrated, non-hazardous solid waste services company, announces that they will begin residential garbage collection service in the Town of Dearing, GA, on August 3, 2020. The team is led by General Manager Derek Waddle and Site Manager Troy Winfrey. A dedicated, local Customer Care team will be available to assist customers with any questions about service needs.

Meridian Waste branded 95-gallon garbage carts will be delivered to customers the week of July 29 – 31 for the start of service on Monday, August 3, 2020. The Town of Dearing’s residents will have their garbage collected every Monday with carts needing to be placed curbside by 6 a.m. Customers will receive a mailed flyer with the Collection Guidelines, which are also available on the website. The flyer will detail services, cart placement procedures, acceptable waste, and more.

In addition to garbage collection services, Meridian Waste Augusta can provide roll-off container service for commercial use as well as home renovation / DIY projects. Open subscriptions are also available for additional prospective residential customers that do not reside within a municipal garbage collection service contract area.
