New Way Trucks, the largest privately held manufacturer of refuse equipment in North America, announces staffing changes to address continued growth. Tim Dvorak has recently been announced as Parts Manager for New Way Trucks, transitioning from his role as Business Manager for McLaughlin Family Companies’ Fast Lane Motor Parts and Fast Lane Auto Care brands. Prior to joining the company Dvorak served as Corporate Sales Manager for NAPA Genuine Parts Company for 23 years responsible for several states throughout the Midwest.

“Managing teams to service distributors and customers and making sure orders are filled and shipped in an efficient manner is what I have done for the majority of my career,” said Tim. “I have hit the ground running and continue to enjoy this new adventure!”

K-PAC by New Way, a leading manufacturer of a full line of self-contained and stationary compactors as well as commercial and rolloff containers, has added Mike Bills as Product Manager. Mike’s duties will include developing and implementing a product line business strategy to build brand awareness, increase sales, improve distribution channels, and drive new product development.

Bills is not new to McLaughlin Family Companies, having joined the New Way Trucks side of the business as a Sales Engineer two years ago. Bills has 15 years of manufacturing experience prior to joining New Way Trucks two years ago as Sales Engineer. Since then he has familiarized himself with the solid waste industry by working with distributors, vendors, and internal departments in support of New Way’s refuse truck sales efforts. “I am excited to develop and implement new product strategies, and to help expand production and sales of the K-PAC compactor and container product lines,” he said.

In a third staffing move to address New Way’s focus on customers, Nick Daniel has been promoted to Sales Operations Manager, responsible for order processing, sales engineering, and transportation. With nearly 15 years of experience at New Way, Nick is an accomplished engineer and product manager for New Way’s rear end load line up, the industry’s most popular rear end loader. “I look forward to continuing to share my knowledge of our trucks’ features and helping make our products and customers’ experiences exceptional,” he shared.

New Way’s focus on the customer is reflected in these staffing changes. “We have invested heavily in new facilities, new equipment, and new technology; however, we must never lose sight of the customer,” said Don Ross, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “These staff changes are customer-centric with a focus on providing the highest levels of service to the New Way customer. Our company’s most important asset is our people, and they are committed to the customer experience.”
