Tealinc LLC, a freight railcar owner, lessor, and rail transportation solutions company, announce that Ryan Williams has joined the Tealinc team as Director: Business Development & Marketing. Ryan will be based just outside of Austin, TX. Ryan will be responsible to collaborate with the team on Tealinc’s business development efforts by cultivating key relationships within the industry and spearheading innovative marketing initiatives to further elevate Tealinc’s market presence.
Ryan brings 15 years of rail industry experience with focus on mergers & acquisitions, business development, logistics and operations to Tealinc. Ryan has spent his career representing both rail carriers as well as the shipper and Ryan truly understands the challenges each party faces. Accustomed to leading teams and negotiating long term, high value contracts, Ryan enables success with his unique ability to engage and collaborate with customers to drive results.

Born and raised in a small Midwest town, Ryan grew up around the motorsports industry, specifically stock car and Indy car racing. To this day, Ryan remains an avid car enthusiast and remains connected to the racing industry, Ryan and his wife, Jenny, live outside of Austin, TX. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Siena Heights University.
