Waste Pro announces that Glenn Schweiger has been promoted to Assistant Division Manager in Milton, FL. Glenn, who has more than 25 years in the solid waste industry, began his career at Waste Pro six years ago. He started as a lead driver in Spanish Fort, worked his way up to Supervisor, and eventually moved to Milton when the opportunity came for him to advance again, this time role of Operations Manager. His years of experience in supervising, route management, and operations have been instrumental to his continued growth.
A native of the panhandle region of Florida, Glenn is thrilled to continue his Waste Pro career under the guidance of Division Vice President Rick Chancey and Regional Vice President Ralph Mills. “Glenn lives and breathes the Waste Pro Way. He is committed to our Waste Pros, customers, and the community. I’m confident he will be an excellent leader under Rick’s guidance,” shares Ralph. As Assistant Division Manager, Glenn will be responsible for budgeting, hiring, coaching, and managing the Milton division, which currently services over 51,000 residential and commercial customers.
