Red River Waste Solutions (“RRWS”), would like to announce the asset purchase of S & K Disposal in College Grove, Tennessee effective September 1.
S & K Disposal has been providing residential waste and recycling collection services in Williamson and Rutherford Counties since 2008.
This transaction is another tuck-in acquisition to Red River’s existing service area in the Nashville market area. Red River has providing and expanding its residential waste and recycling collection services in the Metropolitan area in and around Nashville since 2004.
Red River is Davidson County’s largest residential waste collection company and in the last 24 months, the company has experienced tremendous growth in organic and municipal business around the Music City area.
Red River is continuing its planned expansion into Williamson and Rutherford Counties to support the rapid housing growth of the area. Red River acquired Welch Disposal and Planet Green Sanitation within the last 12 months in the Nashville market area
