The New Orleans Saints and Waste Pro announced a multi-year partnership today whereby the Southeastern United States’ premier waste collection, disposal and recycling company becomes the Saints’ official waste and recycling partner. Deuce McAllister, former running back for the New Orleans Saints and Ole Miss, who was named President of Waste Pro of Louisiana in August, will be leading this partnership. Originally from Ludlow, Mississippi, Deuce has developed significant relationships in the South, both through his sports career and his service to the community. Since joining the Waste Pro team in 2011 as Municipal Marketing Manager for the Louisiana and Mississippi markets, a 200,000-customer service footprint, Deuce has grown into a leader in operations and marketing at Waste Pro. “Waste Pro is proud to be the new solid waste and recycling service provider for the New Orleans Saints,” said Deuce McAllister. “We are committed to keeping our community clean and adding to the Dome field advantage.”

The New Orleans Saints are a professional American football team based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Saints currently compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member of the league’s National Football Conference (NFC) South division. “We are thrilled to partner with a rapidly growing company in Waste Pro,” said Saints President Dennis Lauscha. “Waste Pro is committed to a high standard of excellence and service and they are devoted to providing their customers with environmentally friendly and responsible services that exceed the industry requirements in the services they offer. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership with Waste Pro and we are appreciative of their support.”

Under the terms of their agreement with the Saints, Waste Pro will be providing solid waste collection as well as recycling for any Saints home games and other special events held at New Orleans’ Mercedes-Benz Superdome and at the Saints training facility in Metairie. Waste Pro will also be permitted to use the Saints marks and logo on their vehicles and in promotion and marketing campaigns.
